Each individual may register only one account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. jeta72 is entitled to close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. jeta72 does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law must not use the Platform. jeta72 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's decision to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. jeta72 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jeta72 support immediately at [email protected].

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing times of under 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and up to 30 minutes for bank transfers during standard operating hours.

jeta72 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, bonus wagering requirement fulfilment, or fraud screening procedures. Players must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

The Platform must not be used for any purpose other than legitimate gambling entertainment. You must not use jeta72 to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. jeta72 operates in full compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report any suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited financial transactions will be permanently closed and all funds held pending investigation.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in each individual promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for that bonus. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it being removed from the account.

Sports betting on the jeta72 Platform covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other international sporting events. Pre-match and in-play betting markets are subject to market-specific rules. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed; the odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that will be applied to the settlement of that bet.

Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or voided will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules applicable to that market. In most cases, void bets are refunded at the original stake. jeta72 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeta72 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multi-player games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any identified vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] and must not be exploited.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose including fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software.
• Posting or transmitting any offensive, defamatory, or harmful content through any communication channel on the Platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities.
